From the 'Delegate" drop -down, select "Kory, Kaye"; from the "Session" drop-down, select ":2012 Regular"; from the "Vote" window, select "Floor"; then click "Show Voting".

The votes will come up. Clicking on the bill number gives a description and history of the bill; clicking on "pdf" in the bill description produces the text of the bill itself.
